Anyone can clear a drain. The question is what put it there.
A cleared line and a fixed line are not the same thing, and the difference only shows up three months later. Here is the part of the job you would otherwise never see.
The camera goes in first
A blockage tells you almost nothing about why it blocked. So the camera goes down the line and you watch the monitor with us: the belly, the offset joint, the root, the break. You are looking at your own pipe, not at somebody’s opinion of it.
Jetting scours, cabling punches
A cable bores a hole through the grease and the water runs again for a while. Jetting takes the pipe wall back to bare, which is why we bring the jetter to the ones that keep coming back rather than selling you the same visit twice a year.
The cause, not the symptom
That hole opened up because a cast iron p-trap underneath it had broken and the ground had been washing away into it for years. Clearing the drain would have fixed the sink for a month. Finding the trap fixed the building.
